Hailing from Vancouver, Canada, Julian La Brooy has seen a hand full of electronic music releases on labels such as Peace Off Records, Concrete Collage and Occult Research Records. As an active member of the Vancouver Electronic Ensemble, he works closely with Vancouver New Music Society (VNM) on performance events in Vancouver,
BC. Julian’s live performances have received positive acclaim in publications such as Computer Music Magazine and Create Digital Music. Over the past several years Hitori Tori has toured North America, Japan, Europe and played improvised sets at the Manitoba Electronic Music Exhibition (MEME).

Si on prend en compte ce qu'il fait sous le nom de Repeat Eater, il en est déjà à sa quatrième sortie pour le mois de 2020 mais il n'y a rien de précipité pour autant : au contraire, il est ici très méticuleux et fabrique un laboratoire sonique.
